I would think tourists would be helped immensely by the current economic situation in Dubai. It truly is a wonderous place based on the photos I have seen.
I think if you search enough you find good deals irrespective of the situation, but indeed now it is probably even easier. Some people like Dubai, some don't...However, it is very different vs anything else I've seen and it's definitely worth the experience...
