This Halloween devil costume comprises of the small red skirt with fringe and reaches just above the knees. The costume comes with a black top with a drawing on the front depicts the bad girl. The child's devil outfit comes with the tail attached to the skirt and the devils fork just to complete the costume and give it a devilish look.
