Chocolate moldsCK Products 2-3/4-Inch Butterfly Sucker Chocolate Mold You can get these is many baking supply stores but you can also get them online at sites such as Amazon for an affordable price.  Just make sure to simply rinse your molds in water when you are done and don’t oil them as this will mar the finish on the chocolate product.

Sticks – You will need the sticks to make this chocolate lollipop candy bouquet.  You can use popsicle sticks if you wish but you can get lollipop sticks at most baking supply stores but also online at sites such as Amazon.

Chocolate Candy Bouquet How to Make – Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a double boiler.  If you don’t have a double boiler then simply use a metal bowl over a pot of boiling water to melt the chocolate.

Chocolate can burn easily so you want to be melting this over boiling water.  You can use the microwave, but personally I find this too hard to control for the melting.

Once you have your chocolate melted then you can pour into your molds make sure and have the sticks in the mold ready to go as well.

Slightly tap the molds so as to get rid of any air bubbles that may have formed, and then quickly place them in the freezer this gives them their best look.

Once they have set, then carefully pop them out of the molds and trim off bits of excess chocolate (this makes for a perfect snack while making these!)

Now take some pretty ribbon and tie a few of these together to form your chocolate candy bouquet.  You can also wrap these in clear cellophane to protect them and add a big bow.

This makes the perfect gift and to brighten a chocolate lovers day!  You will be able to tell them exactly what chocolate you made them from as well and they will be touched that you made them yourself.  Be sure to keep these out of the heat, and don’t store them for too long as chocolate has a tendency to turn white over time.

Chocolate candy bouquet and how to make them – You can try and create some of your own molds, or you can simply go shopping online for some different ones, such as the butterfly shaped ones above.  Once you have all your supplies on hand then you can make these scrumptious chocolate bouquets for everyone on your list!
