Over the last ten years radley handbags have become one of the most popular brands in the UK. Twice a year a new collection is launched and is much anticipated by their growing band of followers. One of the reasons for this is the radley signature handbags collection. The collection has a cunning and yet irresistible marketing plan which involved a small Scottie dog. Every season a new scenario is created for the lovely little dog but the overriding feature of colour and fun are always maintained.

The bags are always made of good quality leather with the colourful scenes containing the dog in appliquéd leather. Whilst the Scottie dog relaxes in the deckchair he is able to look out over the pale yellow sand and inviting sea with gentle waves breaking onto the beach.

It is the extra detail which really makes this brand stand out and become so appealing. There is one solitary seagull sitting between the coloured lights whilst others are hinted at flying in the distance. This is why these bags have become so fashionable and collectable in just a few short years.
