Circuit Training Exercises Review
What do you expect to achieve from your workout? Are you looking to
develop strength, endurance, or both? How much time are you willing
to devote to achieve a high level of strength and endurance? Have you
ever tried Circuit Training Exercises?
Time
is a precious commodity these days, it seems we are all on the go, all
a bit stressed, and not getting enough rest or exercise. So how can we
get the most out of our day, and be able to fit in a good workout in a
short amount of time?
Circuit Training Exercises are perfect,
because they are fast and quick, and are proven to provide an excellent
whole-body workout. If you aren't familiar with circuit training, it
is a form of resistance exercises you spend about 15 minutes on 3 to 12
different exercise moves, depending on what level of fitness you are
when you begin. Each exercise area is referred to as a station.
In
each station, you will perform 2 or 3 sets for a couple of minutes,
then move on to the next station, for 2 or 3 sets. Once you get
through each station once, that is considered a Circuit. You perform 3
circuits quickly, then you are done.
You won't have much time
to catch your breath, but this is why it works so well. You are
constantly moving from one station to the next. If you are doing these
exercises in a group, then you have the added challenge of trying to
keep up, making it a bit more difficult.
The advantage to
Circuit Training Exercises is you are done in about 30 to 40 minutes,
and have done a complete workout for the day.
