Full Review

Circuit Training workout is the best form of a resistance training and aerobics, which is easy to follow, and great for burning fat, muscle building, and developing stronger heart and lungs.

It is called a Circuit Training Workout that the exercise is a set of exercises that are completed, then another circuit of the same routine begins again. The time between circuits is very short, and associated with rapid movement right into the next set of exercise.

It is important to do each exercise in a circuit workout for the specified amount of time, then move right into the next exercise. Once all the exercises are completed, that is considered "one circuit".

It is important to warm up before you begin with 5 to 10 minutes with some light cardio, then cool down by stretching.

One of the best pieces of equipment you can use for circuit training is the fitness ball. There are a number of exercises that can be done very effectively. Another one is the jump rope, and dumbbells.
