Mott Community College

Grand Rapids Community College
Students taking classes in the culinary arts program at Grand Rapids Community College in Grand Rapids, Michigan are given the opportunity to learn skills and gain knowledge in the areas of baking, catering, dining room service, and banquet organizing and directing. The Associates Degree of Applied Science with a concentration in culinary arts will prepare students for careers in hotel and hospitality, catering and banquet management, and placement as an entry level chef.
