Create A Passive Income Stream Using InfoBarrel

By Edited Mar 19, 2014 1 3

One of the nicest aspects of InfoBarrel is that they have a transparent earnings policy, meaning that they let you know right off the bat how much you can earn by writing articles for them. If you are a work at home mom or a freelance writer, writing for InfoBarrel may be just the opportunity that you have been seeking.

Set some InfoBarrel goals. Decide how much you would like to earn online by writing for InfoBarrel and then make up your mind to do everything in your power to reach that goal. Goal setting is a critical part of succeeding, no matter what you want to achieve. If you set those goals right at the outset of your InfoBarrel project (ideally in writing) you will have them to consult whenever you need a little boost.

Read the work of other online writers to see what they have done to succeed in this business. You do not need to follow what they did to a T. Everyone ultimately follows their own unique path. But you can learn from their successes, as well as their failures.

Write a lot of InfoBarrel articles. This step is absolutely vital to the whole process. If you want to succeed in the world of online writing, you need to be productive. And in order to be productive, you need to set aside enough time each day to get your writing work done and you really need to stick to that schedule without allow yourself to get distracted by other activities. Staying focused on creating a passive income stream is vital if you are going to succeed.

Be patient about allowing your articles to mature and slowly but surely move up in the search engines. Patience will serve you very, very well in the online writing business. If you are a naturally patient person, that's great. If you are not super patient to begin with, you will need to train yourself to develop more patience because (generally speaking at least) this is not a business that operates on the principle of instant gratification.

Add some zip to your articles in the form of photographs and/or videos. Once caveat about this step: make sure that you have full permission to use said videos or photos. The best way to protect yourself from a legal standpoint is to do all of your own photography or videography yourself.

Proofread your work. Better yet, after you have proofread your own work, ask a trusted friend to proofread all of it as well, just to make sure that it adheres to your own high standards for your writing, in addition to the specified standards of InfoBarrel (or any other websites for which you write).

Promote your InfoBarrel works on your own blogs and websites or in message boards and forums and in any other places where promotion is allowed. (You can also use article marketing to promote them by writing pieces for sites such as EzineArticles.com and linking to your InfoBarrel articles.

Ultimately, the key is to keep at it. Persevere as an InfoBarrel writer, even when the going gets tough or on those days when you just don't feel like writing. The more quality articles you produce, after all, the greater your earning potential.
