Healing Juice

2 sticks of celery

 1 carrot

2 cabbage leaves or dandelion leaves

 4cm slice of beetroot

 1 apple

 1 spinach leaf

 1/2 cup blackberries

 1 clove garlic

Wash, trim and chop and pass through juicer - make enough for one litre of juice per day. You may need to dilute the juice with 50% water (or even more water at first), as the inflamed intestines may not be able to handle a concentrated juice. Drink small amounts (100 to 200mls) of the diluted juice, every few hours during the day, to make up a total of around one litre.

Tropical "Smoothie" to heal the Bowel

 1 cup Oat Milk

1 Ripe Bannana (Remove seeds)

 1 tbsp Slippery Elm Powder.

 1/2 Cup coconut milk

2 kiwi fruit (seeds removed) or 1/2 cup blackberries or 1/2 pawpaw

Hope this gives you all some relief.
