12 Cup Carafe

Brew Pause

Quite often you may have to grab a cup of coffee without waiting for the brewing process to be completed. These Cuisinart machines have a useful feature called Brew Pause that stops the brewing when you take out the carafe and waits till you put it back. Once the carafe is placed back on the machine, the brewing starts automatically. This means that you can have a cup of coffee any time you want.

Self Clean

The brewing chamber can be rinsed by using the self clean feature. This not only cleans the chamber but removes any flavor that may be left over from previous brewing.

Programming

There is a provision for programming the brewing process by setting the machine on auto off. If you don’t need too many cups of coffee you can use the 1 to 4 cup feature with the help of a control switch on the front panel.

Gold Tone Filter

If you want to make excellent coffee, the water used in the brew must be as pure as possible. This is achieved in both Cuisinart machines with the help of a gold tone filter and a charcoal  that ensure purified water for making high quality coffee.

Measuring Scoop and Instructions

Both machines come with a measuring scoop and an instruction book. The instructions are easy to follow and explain each of the steps to brew coffee.
