Here are a few of the cutting edge new restaurants in some of your favorite cities across America. They have some of the finest cuisine, from Mexican to French and Korean. Some of our trend setters for 2010

Cutting edge new restaurant

A 1000 gallon salt water aquarium is unexpected and pleasing as you enter the dining room from the brick archways.
This restaurant is located in 1700"s warehouse on Faber Street in Charleston's original wharf front district.
There is also a large cannon and collection of orifinal pirate artifacts. This is environmentally friendly and has become the first restaurant in South Carolina to be a member of the Green Restaurant Association. One of the finest low country cuisines with selections such as: lobster macaroni and cheese, she crab soup, roast prime rib of beef and crab BLT's just for starters. A varied menu with several lighter-fare selections. Be sure and try the Pecan chicken salad.

Dinig room aquarium

A casual and innovative sushi bar located on 17th street in the heart of Potrero Hill in San Francisco. A casual and relaxing setting. The artistic and unique selections makes this a memorable dining experience. Some of the selections are: live uni and live scallops, oyster and Spanish mackerel. Several other delicacies and specialty rolls. Professionally selected sake to enhance your culinary experience.

Live sushi bar

A Mexican restaurant located in the old El Raigon building near Telegraph Hill in San Francisco. A lively, rustic look with heavy wooden furniture and brick walls. They offer a causal dining area as well as a carry out taco shop. Their menu mainly consists of of tacos, ceviche and tortas.


Traditional Korean comfort food cuisine using original hot stone rice bowls, spicy stews and home-made dumplings. They use only the choicest meats and local fresh produce. They have a very inviting and charming atmosphere to relax in while you savor this authentic Korean cuisine.

Located in Four Seasons Hotel on Brighton Avenue in downtown Seattle. Executive Chef Kerry Sear has owned and operated Cascadia, an award-winning downtown Seattle restaurant. He has worked at several Four Season Hotel restaurants. Be sure and try The Big Dill with fresh cucumber muddled with dill and other herbs and mixed with freshly squeezed lime juice and agave syrup. Amir Vahdani is the general manager of ART Restaurant and Lounge. He is hands on and will make sure your dining experience is superb. Very nice ambiance with world class service. American cuisine with a French accent. This hot new restaurant is located in the Neighborhood River North area of Chicago on W. Hubbard Street.
The high-ceiling area of steel and concrete creates a large dining room setting. They boast a wine list of over 200 selections. A few of the signature entrees are:
olive oil poached sea bass with caramelized cauliflower and hazelnut emulsion, double-cut Berkshire pork chops with apple-quince mostarda. They also offer outdoor rooftop dining when the weather is right. Chef Stephen Wambach creates signature dishes with a delicious French spin for this industrial chic North River lounge and eatery.
