Don’t leave it to the last minute because the stress will just get worse.

Don’t try to work on multiple problems at the same time. You can’t concentrate on them and it will make the solutions seem harder to reach. Another way of making this list is to work on those that are easier to deal with than others. This will get some of the issues out of the way sooner, so you have more time to focus on the harder ones. Find the method that works best for you.
Work on the first on the list and then cross it off once you’ve completed it and solved it. Then move onto the second on the list and keep repeating this process. You’ll soon find yourself dealing with that last problem and being able to move on.

Stop worrying about the lack of time that you have. Everyone has the same amount of time in a day but they handle it better. Not managing your time well is likely the underlying cause of all the stress that you are feeling. By getting more productive and finding a better way of managing your time, you will soon find that you have more than you thought. You will get through much more than you ever thought possible and won’t feel as stressed every again.
One trick is to create to-do lists. Make a list of all the things that you need to do and then prioritise them. Work on them one by one so that you can get the tasks completed effectively and to the best of your ability. Get a Good Night's Sleep
Stress and sleep go hand-in-hand. If you’re feeling stressed, you’re likely struggling to sleep. If you’re struggling to sleep, you’ll probably feel more stressed. You need to focus on getting a good night sleep to avoid those stressful feelings. When you sleep, your brain is able to process everything you have done throughout the day. It will process your feelings and your subconscious will likely come up with solutions.
