Deep Breathing techniques are known for effective stress management. You need to sit or lie down first. Then start inhaling slowly. While exhaling in a slow motion you should keep telling yourself that you are relaxed. This will help you in releasing your stress with the air and would be able to feel better. The problem occurs when we do not allow our lungs to breathe naturally and smoothly. It is not important that you should expand the structure of your lungs in each and every breath but what is necessary that you understand the importance and then take deep breaths every now and then to stay fit.

Another deep breathing technique to make you feel better can be used. You should exhale deep and while doing so you need to feel that your belly is contracting. Then inhale smoothly while expanding your abdomen area. You need to continue the process of inhaling and keep expanding your chest and raise your shoulders till your ears as much as possible. Stay in that position for a few seconds and then exhale deeply. Complete the exercise by releasing the shoulder muscles and contracting the belly. Once you are done then repeat the exercise. For the beginners it is recommended that they should only do it twice or thrice. As you become perfect and learned you would know how to balance out the process of inhaling and exhaling. This exercise can be carried out in any position you want such as while sitting, lying or standing.

It is very essential that you learn the deep breathing technique properly but it is even more important that you should keep on practicing that technique in order to become an expert. Like any other skill you need to learn the right way of breathing or else you would not be able to benefit from it properly. It is very much possible that you would forget breathing on an everyday basis and would get lost in your busy routine. To remind yourself you can put up an alarm or a timer which would give you the signal that its time to breath. There are silent alarms which are also available and can be used for reminding yourself.

There are various benefits of the deep breathing techniques. You can become a better performer and an outshine presenter if you learn the way to right breathing through your nose and lungs. There are many websites on the internet which have devoted themselves to the benefits and use of deep breathing.

The first requirement of breathing properly is to have proper lungs which you already possess. The second step is to analyze the way you already breathe. Then learn the deep breathing techniques and try to make it a daily routine. Once learnt you should practice it everyday so eventually it would become a part of your life and this would be the only way you would breathe. As you keep on practicing you would become more skilled and would know the exact way of breathing life into yourself.

Whenever you feel that you have got no control over your emotions then try to take ten long breaths and you would see the difference.
