You should also give up smoking, drinking and eating saturated fats. Cigarettes and alcohol, in particular, are a definite no-no if you are looking to cleanse the body. As far as things you should be eating, here you go. There are really no surprises here. Eat a lot of natural foods. Fruits and vegetables are great. You'll also need plenty of water in your diet if you are trying to detox. Most cleansing diets recommend drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.
