Discover the Jedi Mind Trick
You must have come across the term 'Jedi Knight' from Star Wars fame at some time. The Jedi knight is a knight who is trained in the unique arts of war but more importantly is highly trained in the art of mind power. A character called Yoda in Star Wars was a Jedi Knight trainer, essentially teaching apprentice Jedi Knights to conquer their own mind, be above fear and exist in the 'now'. Luke Skywalker was his main apprentice in the earlier films.
As a Jedi Knight is a person of very high character, great devotion to what is right, has an unswerving mind set and is very capable in the most difficult of situations, it is natural that you would want to become one. Am I correct?
Now, I am not suggesting that you can call upon the services of Yoda, even if you could track him down, but there is a way that you can start developing the mind power of a Jedi Knight, and that method is known as binaural beats. Binaural beats also known as brainwave entrainment is a simple, scientifically tested method of stabilising the brain in the required state by simply using varying sound wavelengths played into each ear.
The different wave lengths induce the brain to move to a state in between the two wavelengths and thus you now have a new state. So where does the Jedi Knight thing come in? Well, just as you can get specific binaural beats to produce a state of relaxation, or a state of energy, or a state of focus and many other states of mind, so too you can get a beat that will move you to a state of a Jedi like mind set; stable, calm, focussed and aware of the moment of 'now'.
Of course everyone has their own results, but it has certainly worked for many. So if you are into binaural beats, or even if you have never heard of them before, why not discover one of the simpler ways to change you mood and mind state that has no after effects, no prescription and can be used every day.
