Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, located in Orlando, Florida, is an 860 plus room deluxe resort at Walt Disney World that sits on the 450 acre Seven Seas Lagoon and adjoining Bay Lake and is perfectly situated right near the Magic Kingdom theme park. The resort is spread out among 6 buildings, and is Disney's flagship resort at the Walt Disney World.
HOTEL and ROOMS
The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is themed after the Victorian style resorts built along the Florida coast around the turn of the 20th century, and offers guests the opportunity to experience a time of granduer long since gone, but never forgotten. TRANSPORTATION
For those wanting to venture away from the resort there are several transportation services available, such as the monorail, which can take guests to the Magic Kingdom theme park, the Epcot theme park, the Contemporary Resort, the Polynesian Resort, and the Disney Transportation and Ticket Center which has buses available to take guests to anywhere in Walt Disney World. There are also buses available at the front of the resort, as well as guests can take a water taxi to the Magic Kingdom theme park, the Contemporary Resort, the Polynesian Resort, and the Wilderness Lodge.
PARKING
