Does fiber help with weight loss? The answer is yes. Not only does fiber help with weight loss, it's a healthy and natural weight loss food supplement. Fiber is not digested in the body. A person needs at least 20 grams of dietary fiber a day. Fiber allows you to get more out of what you eat, and can prevent overeating. Meaning it helps reduce the calorie intake in your diet. Dietary fiber helps regulate blood sugar levels, lower high cholesterol, and can aide in reducing diabetes. A high fiber diet can get rid of toxins in the body.

A high only can fiber help with weight loss, but it help provide a healthy digestion. Fiber helps to soften the stool and can assist in those with irritable bowel syndrome. Insoluble fibers provides in removing toxic wastes through your colon fast. This helps provide you with a healthy digestive system, along with preventing constipation. Beans, green leafy vegetables, wheat, corn, and bran tend to contain a high amount of insoluble fiber.


Soluble fiber foods help lower blood cholesterol, diabetes, prevent against cancer, and prevent heart diseases. Both fibers are important for your diet. A lot of soluble fiber foods can be found in oats, beans, vegetables, nuts, and barely. So not only can dietary fiber help provide in losing weight, it can also assist in just an overall healthy lifestyle. Fiber deficiency can lead to weight gain, colon cancer, hemorrhoids, and heart disease.


Fiber high foods that help with weight loss


Grains, bread, and pasta: Oat bran, wheat pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, oat bran muffins, whole oats, rye bread, cereals high in grains, wheat bread, and buck wheat.

Fruits: Raspberries(excellent amount of fiber), cranberries, strawberries, kiwifruit, oranges, raisins, prunes, plum, grapefruit, apricots, pears, apples, cantaloupe, pineapple and oranges.

Beans: Baked beans, lima beans, pinto beans, black beans, green beans, pinto beans, navy beans, kidney beans, and garbanzo beans. Beans are very important source of fiber. They fill you up, without the excess calories.

Nuts and seeds: Peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, coconut, pistachios, flaxseeds, almonds, chestnuts, pistachios, mustard seeds coriander seeds, and sesame seeds.

Vegetables: Turnip greens, romaine lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, collard greens, spinach, swiss chard, eggplant, peppers, squash, kale, split peas, carrots, asparagus, cucumbers, celery, onions, avocado, sweet potato, olives, mushrooms, and corn.

Herbs and spices: Turmeric, cinnamon, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, cloves, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

These are the a high food amounts of fiber to help with weight loss. I'd get a lot of legumes, wheat, green leaf vegetables, berries and oats into your diet. You can easily replace a lot of what you eat, with certain foods. Instead of a white rice as a side dish, brown rice. Instead of white bread, eat wheat or rye bread. If you eat pasta, then eat wheat pasta. More dietary fiber in your diet will help you lose weight.

Great article. Belly fat in women is often attributed to an unhealthy digestive system. Having a healthy digestive system is important as toxins stored in your body due to irregular BM or infrequent BM can cause many medical issues - sometimes even cancer over time. Thanks for sharing!
