If you want to lose weight then try doing the secret heart soup diet, this involves eating soup for seven days and changing your diet. If you tired of all the other diets you have tried then why not give this a go. Many people have reported losing over 10 pounds in under a week. If you can complete these diets every few weeks then you can slim down in no time at all.

The secret heart soup diet does take a lot of willpower and organisation. You have to completely overhaul your normal diet for seven days and just eat soup alongside other dishes. You cannot indulge in any fast food or takeaways and you have to avoid any fat. Drinking plenty of water really helps you to clear your system and purge out any fat that is stuck to your body.

The secret heart soup consists of the following ingredients, large tomatoes, green onion, chicken broth, chicken noodle soup mix, half a shredded cabbage. The soup is quite simple to make however it may taste horrible for some so you can add a little seasoning to make it more palatable. During the diet you can drink water, coffee, tea and milk on milk days. You must not drink any carbonated drinks which contain sugar, do not drink sodas either.

Day 1 Soup & Fruit

Eat as much soup as you can and try munching some fruits too. The fruit will help you to get a higher intake of antioxidants that will help your body get rid of more toxins and fats.

Day 2 Soup & Vegetables

Again you have to eat as much soup as possible and add vegetables too. The vegetables will help alkalise your body and help it to get rid of diseases such as Candida. You will definitely feel more energy on the second day and you will defiantly feel lighter too.

Day 3 Soup, Vegetable and Fruit

Now you can combine everything together and help your body get rid of as many toxins as you possibly can. Your body should now be healing from within and you should feel more energy and lighter on your feet.

Day 4 Banana and Milk only

On the fourth day you should only have milk and bananas. If you want you can liquidise the bananas with skimmed milk to make a smooth milk shake that you can enjoy. Remember that you cannot eat anything else apart from bananas and milk.

Day 5 Beef

You should have as much beef as you possibly can. You can also add your soup to the beef to make a nice dish. Remember that on this day you can really max out on the beef and you should take advantage of this.

Day 6 chicken or fish

Like the previous day you can really max out on the chicken or fish. Try combining everything with the soup. You have to really increase your intake here.

Day 7 Just Soup

On the last day you should only have soup. It has been a long hard week and you can celebrate the diet by having more soup. By this time you should either be sick of the soup or incredibly fond of it.

Once you have completed the sacred heart soup you should feel much lighter. Check your weight and see how much you have lost. Some people have reported to have lost nearly 10 pounds on this diet alone.
