For most if not all student studying abroad and visiting different countries can be one in a life time experience and if you have a chance you have to take advantage of it.

At the same time there are a lot of students that can't afford the money required for these trips. Just because you can't fly abroad doesn't mean that you have to spend the rest of your life where you are now. Hey, there are plenty of places here in the US that have to be seen. Fortunately all major airlines have cheap airfares for students. To get them here is what you need to do:

1. Buy a package deal - it means that you bundle both the airline ticket and the hotel stay. As of writing this the US economy is in stand still. For some people this is definitely bad news. For people who want to fly and see places this is a one of life time opportunity. Since not so many people fly these days you would be able to find dirt cheap student airfares and hotel deals.

2. Another little known way to get domestic cheap student airfares is to buy bunch of tickets at the same time. All you have to do is to find some of your friends that will join you on a trip and pull your money together to buy tickets. The airlines are willing to give you discount because that way they can move their inventory really fast.

3. The last way to get cheap domestic student airfare is to look for tickets for some odd flying times. Many people do not want to bother with the red eye flights so it is definitely possible to get these tickets real cheap.
