Full Review

DNA Freight and Dmitry Temesov are scam artists. What they will basically do is lie to you and tell you anything that they have to just to get your business. They lied to my company and said that they could easily ship crates of electronic products which are somewhat delicate.said that this wouldn't be a problem. Later I found out that every product shipped had to be able to survive a 3 foot drop, and there is no way in hell that a TV can survive that! DNA Freight and Dmitry Temesov knew this, yet they covered it up in an attempt to get my money. This is a very unethical and despicable way of conducting business.

DNA Freight does not honor any of their claims. When I signed up, they promised that any damages incurred by their shipping company in South San Francisco would be covered by them, at least most of it. Turns out that they didn't cover anything. They made me fill out claims for each individual item that they destroyed, which took me hours and didn't do anything. They never gave me a penny for the $20,000 worth of electronics that they delivered completely broken. I run a reputable business, and we pay for our mistakes. I had to give customers who were shipped damaged products brand new ones, and the money came directly out of my pocket. DNA Freight should be paying for their negligence.

To top it off DNA Freight Shipping Company truck drivers are very rude. On multiple occasions, their drivers yelled at and cursed at my customers. How do you think that DNA Freight made my business look? Needless to say, I lost thousands of dollars and many good customers because of DNA Freight.

Throughout this post I have given a couple other links to other horror stories associated with DNA Freight Shipping Company out of South San Francisco, CA. While each story is a little different, everyone of these stories is very similar. I wish I would've known more about these scam artists before I got involved with DNA Freight.
