Dr. Oz New Detox Diet for slimmer you.

By Edited Dec 1, 2015 1 1

Dr. Oz had been on the weight loss trail for several years and has developed several weight loss strategies and program that has been successful to thousands of folks and he is at it again.

He has developed a program for a New York mom wanting to lose the stubborn weight, stomach fat and just couldn’t. The program has had so much success, more and more people began trying it. What they noticed was their waist and they’re grocery bill were shrinking. Their energy and optimism were sky rocketing, and their health was being restored.

The reason Dr. Oz has come up with this detox program is he noticed the trend of Americans is eating processed food. That is one of the main culprits of weight gain. Packaged food, boxed food, frozen food, and canned food; they all have too much sodium, sugar, fat, and preservatives. They are stripped of their natural ingredients that keep us lean and healthy, and pumped with unhealthy things that make us fat.

This diet is basically a packaged food detox. It is 28 days of healthier, cleaner eating. Void of preservative filled foods that will transform your life and lose weight.

The good thing about this detox program is that you don’t have to give up all junk food. You just have to make smart choices. Example; cottage cheese and fruits, whole wheat pasta with shrimp and olive oil/veg, packets of natural almonds and whole grain bread are allowed. The rule is leaving out the processed food with all the salt, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and fat.

You will be switching toaster strudel for oatmeal with fruits, which is fewer calories and fills you up longer. It is highest in fiber which helps with keeping the waist slim and lose the stomach fat.

Example of Detox Diet Meal Plan

1½ cups oatmeal

3 tbsp nuts

½ cup fruit

This sounds like a very manageable detox diet, and I trust Dr. Oz. Thanks for the info!
