Best Weight Loss Program of 2012

According to Dr. Oz, yes, you can lose up to 11 lbs in 7 days on this weight loss program using either sea buckthorn or Irvingia gabonensis (the official name for African Mango).  The sea buckthorn will be discussed in a separate article.  According to Dr. Oz, African Mango is "one of the breakthrough fixes for women over 40."  Dr. Oz also calls the African Mango a “miracle in your medicine cabinet” that can help you lose 10 pounds.

It is hard for women to find the best weight reduction program to help them lose weight. Women who have just had babies and women over 40 have the toughest time getting rid of the excess belly fat.  For these women, they need specialized weight reduction regimen to help them lose the weight quickly and effectively and keep the weight off.  African Mango may offer these women the opportunity to compliment their current diet plan or plan for reduction in body mass and or body fat.  When choosing a good diet program for you, consider your height, weight, lifestyle and how much exercise you can do.  Most weight loss programs are centered around calorie restriction and light exercise. You should make sure you check with your doctor before you make any drastic changes to your diet. Especially if you have a medical condition that needs monitoring such as diabetes.

Dr. Oz himself was so impressed with the effects of African Mango that he tried it himself. According to Dr Oz on African Mango: “I lost 7 pounds without making any changes in my usual healthy diet and exercise routine! I began recommending it to my patients who needed to lose weight….”

According to the National Institutes of Health, a 2005 study showed that taking African Mango supplements along with a 1800 calorie diet helped participants lose weight and lower their blood pressure, and cholesterol including triglycerides.

Best Weight Loss Program: African Mango

According the CBS News, Pittsburgh, "The claims are that you can lose up to 28 pounds in 10 weeks, increase your metabolism and control your appetite. 'It has an effect on leptin and graylin. And letpin and graylin are actually the chemicals that control hunger and appetite,' UPMC Dietician Leslie Bonci said." This supplement could be a great addition to your weight reduction program once you find the best weight reduction regimen for you.

Before you consider it best to add to your weight loss program, you must consider the fat the African Mango is relatively untested. A great deal of research still needs to be done on this supplement, but if you decide you want to try it, speak to your doctor first.  There are other natural weight loss pills that have great results and are made from well known and trusted ingredients.
