Lose Belly Fat Fast With Dr. Oz's Fat Blasting Soups as a Part Of A Good Weight Loss Program

Some of the best weight loss programs begin with a detox or fat flush soup. For those who are trying to lose weight quickly after the holidays, you may want to give Dr. Oz's diet soup recipes a try.  He knows how to put the right combination of ingredients together to allow for proper fat burning and weight loss.  Dr Oz's diet soups are packed with fiber and fat burning herbs and spices like chili and cilantro to kick start the metabolism and help your body get rid of the fat. This Belly Blasting soup is similar to his Turbo Diet Soup and Louise Gittleman's Fat Flush Soup. Both make an excellent start to your best weight loss program.

Kick start your weight loss program with the Turbo Diet Soup, here is the recipe:

DR. OZ's TURBO SOUP DIET
1 Table spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 medium red or white onions, finely diced
2 Large Sweet Potatoes with skin, scrubbed and diced into 1/4 cubes
3 (15oz) cans black beans or kidney beans, drained
1/3 tsp dried Oregano or 1 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano
2 1/2 (32 oz each) cartons of low sodium vegetable or chicken broth
2 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, or to taste.
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
16 cups (1 pound) fresh baby spinach
8 cups of chopped kale or other leafy greens
2 cups of soybeans (endamame) or roasted/grilled chicken breast pieces
Diced Red bell pepper
1 Tbs Parmesan cheese, optional

  • In a large pot heat the oil and then saute the onions until carmelized-about 5 minutes. Add the other ingredients-hold back the bell pepper. Bring the mixture to a full boil.  
  • Boil on low heat until the sweet potatoes become soft and tender-about 15 minutes.
  • You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.  Add the bell pepper as garnish when serving. Makes 8 (3 cup) servings. This soup can be stored in fridge or freezer for future use.

Have the soup for lunch and dinner with a reasonable calorie restricted breakfast and sensible snacks. Consult your doctor before starting this or any other weight loss program.

Kick start your best weight loss program with Dr. Oz's Belly Blasting New Years Soup Recipe

Ingredients 

1 (14.5-oz) can of fire-roasted tomatoes with medium chilies

1 (15-oz) can of chick peas

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 cups vegetable or chicken broth 

2 tbsp chili powder

1/4 cup lime juice 

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions 

  • In a blender, on the puree setting, combine the garlic, chick peas, chili powder and tomatoes.
  • Turn the mixture out into another pot (medium to large) and let the puree come to a boil.
  • After it comes to a boils, turn down the heat under the soup and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Mix in the cilantro and lime juice just before serving
  • This makes 4 1/2 cups

these soup recipes look yummy! i might just try them, esp the second one. its one thing for food to be good for you; quite another for good for you food to taste good! thanks for publishing them here on IB.

The first soup recipe is on my list to try; not so sure about the recipe with chick peas, but hey, you never know!
