HAARP Weather Control
Earthquake history is taught to be caused mainly by tectonic plate movement, oil drilling, weak rock from natural gas, and the strain of water weight from large reservoirs. A million plus earthquakes happen on earth yearly. Most of them are not noticed. They occur anytime, anywhere, but most occur along the edges of tectonic plates.
That is, before HAARP existed. HAARP stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. HAARP technology at the ionospheric research facility in Alaska has items that are capable of changing the weather. HAARP weather control is blamed for the recent earthquake damage in the USA and other countries. There are plenty of conspiracy theories about the weather manipulation (man-made climate control) that HAARP is guilty of.
Earthquakes can actually be used in a metaphorical way with Haarp creation behind them - triggered events, or faultless earthquakes, in a geophysical war. A cold weather war instead of a cold war. A bit of gossip conspiracy is that the US sent Russia drought and they retaliated with Hurricane Katrina. H'mm, it even sounds Russian. This means that there are other HAARPS on the planet. The radio beam signals originally designed for "cat scanning" the earth have vibrated effects that are biological, physiological, and geological. They can cause geotechnic events. Well, many humans live on the surface, the disrupted surface, and these theories may help to uncover the depth below the surface, un-faced. Scientists are actually speaking out and exposing the weapon of mass destruction (HAARP). Dr. Brooks Agnew explains how one can tell if the quake is man-made in an interview on this page.
A Brazilian physicist, Fran De Aquino, has written abCredit: By Michael Kleiman, US Air Force [Public domain], via Wikimedia Commonsout more HAARP technology having to do with gravity cloaks and time travel. For the geeks and non-geeks reading this I shall quote the essence of project HAARP regarding this technology according to De Aquino. “The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is currently the most important facility used to generate extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic radiation in the ionosphere. In order to produce this ELF radiation the HAARP transmitter radiates a strong beam of high-frequency (HF) waves modulated at ELF. This HF heating modulates the electrons’ temperature in the D region ionosphere and leads to modulated conductivity and a time-varying current which then radiates at the modulation frequency. Recently, the HAARP HF transmitter operated with 3.6GW of effective radiated power modulated at frequency of 2.5Hz. It is shown that high-power ELF radiation generated by HF ionospheric heaters, such as the current HAARP heater, can cause earthquakes, cyclones and strong localized heating.” It makes a little sense to me, but Dr. Agnew describes it in a better fashion in the interview referenced above.
The tectonic plate movement causing earthquakes has been identified as:
- The Pacific Plate
- The Indo-Australian Plate
- The Nazca Plate
- The Antarctic Plate
- The South American Plate
- The Eurasian Plate,
- The African Plate
- The North American Plate
Plate movement causes stress to increase in the earth's crust, often along a fault line. The fault line is basically a crack in the crust, where rocks have shifted. The movement sends shock waves through the rocks and the surface ground shakes. The force and depth of the waves from the origination point, and the strength of the rocks, helps determine the type and damage of the earthquake. The greatest damage can happen far away from the epicenter on the surface (directly above the point of origin).
There are three fault categories - normal, thrust, and lateral, and they all behave differently. The San Andreas Fault in California is one of the longest lateral faults on earth. The prediction is that the North American Plate will pull away from the Pacific Plate and the western part of California will break away becoming a long, thin island.
The repercussions from earthquakes are a continuing danger. Fires, floods, tsunamis, landslides and avalanches can spread quickly after an earthquake has occurred. The Richter scale was developed to report the magnitude (amount of energy used) of an earthquake. Now a new scale, the Moment Magnitude Scale, developed by American scientist Thomas Hanks and Japanese scientist Hiroo Kanamori, is used more frequently. A magnitude of 7 or more is considered a major earthquake. The quake that caused the Japanese tsunami in 2011 was 8.9, the 7th largest in recorded history. The largest quakes are not always the deadliest because it may happen where the population is small. Then again, smaller quakes in large populous areas can cause more damage.
Strangely enough, the New Madrid earthquakes (1811 -1812) created 10 new lakes. New Madrid is a river town in Missouri that the quakes are named after. A million sCredit: By George Armstrong (This image is from the FEMA Photo Library.) [Public domain], via Wikimedia Commonsquare miles of shocks were felt on 12/16/1811, magnitude of 8.2. Another followed on Jan. 23, 1812, magnitude 8.1, and the last mammoth quake on February 7th, 1812, magnitude of 8.3. Early North America was truly rocked by the New Madrid earthquakes - felt in Montreal, and the Atlantic coast in Florida. At the time the US was a good 20 years behind Europe as far as geology was concerned. Really, the New Madrid earthquakes quickened the science of geology and earthquake science. A Kentucky engineer, Jared Brooks, used pendulums to to monitor ground movement or earth seizures. He classified them and is considered the father of American seismology. An early pioneer who helped to advance a new science.
HAARP is accused of causing the Haiti earthquake and the Japanese quake that led to the tsunami. The US military is often mentioned as using the technology for weather warfare. There is much concern about the cloud seeding and unusual sky patterns that aren't natural. One just has to look up to see the unusual chemtrails and cloud patterns that just appear, kind of like one hurricane after another. There is conspiracy theories, facts, controversy, and more to come in the faulty line between nature and man. Earthquakes are just one of the shaky weather changing events that may be manipulated by man.
