Elegant Wedding Centerpieces

By | 0 Comments | Rating: 0 | |

I once attended a wedding that had such elegant wedding centerpieces that I truly wanted to snatch one right off the table and take it home; it was stunning. That is the type of centerpiece you want at your wedding, the ones that are simple, elegant, yet breathtaking.

Many couples feel that their weddings should be unique and special. Since it's only going to happen once in their lifetime, they want to make sure that they do everything right. They pay close attention to the most minute detail and see to it that everything goes perfectly according to plan. The table centerpiece should be no exception. As far as your theme goes, it really is the "center piece".

Now there are a great variety of elegant wedding centerpiece ideas that you can create but here are some of the most popular ones:

Petals and Candles in Glass – This type of centerpiece is ideal for summer and spring weddings. The soft colors of the petals reflect the mood outside and it definitely gives a feeling of lightness to the guests. The candles add romance to it. This piece is not only inexpensive, it is also so simple that you won't need to hire a professional to do it for you. You or your friends could easily arrange a number of them and set them on the tables. If you don't have the time to buy fresh flowers there's always the option of using faux petals too.

Martini Gel Candles – Gel candles are the hottest craze in candle products these days. They are not only very colorful but they may come in various scents as well. Now, you can not only have elegant wedding centerpieces that match the color of your theme but also the scent! These candles may easily be put into a martini glass and are not as messy as your usual paraffin candles. They also typically have longer burning times than other types of candles which is an added bonus.

Elevated Floral Centerpieces – A towering floral centerpiece can absolutely make a stunning statement. Just its height alone is enough to express a certain grandness. You may choose to have a three or even four-tier stand which you may than decorate with flowers and supporting greens. The top level should always have the full arrangement of all the flowers and greenery you are using, while the second tier may have some small flower buds and a figurine or a votive candle. The bottom may simply be wrapped with some greenery and a few flowers. Simple but definitely elegant.
