The trail connects six other cities with Alexandria and also provides some great winter views of the area.

If your family likes to ski then Alexandria has you covered. Located just 15 miles west of Alexandria is Andes Tower Hills, a 16 downhill ski run facility. Andes has runs for all skill levels from beginners to experts. They offer lessons as well as equipment rentals and lodging.
