Full Review

It's been quite some time since the first household hand held vacuum cleaners hit the market a couple of decades ago and since that time many innovations have been made to the household cleaning arena. I have many fond memories of playing with the family Dust Buster my mother had purchased when I was a child and when I became an adult I too discovered a need for a good handheld sweeping device.

Any parent knows that raising small children can be a rewarding but often messy experience. Using a full sized vacuum to clean up small messes made can be a pain in the rear. Eureka saw the need to create an advanced handheld sweeper in order to make parents lives a little easier with the introduction of the Eureka 71B Hand-Held Vacuum.

What caught my attention the most about the Eureka 71B Hand-Held Vacuum was the additional features added that other regular handheld vacuums do not possess. One of the best attributes of this innovative device is the crevice attachment that will allow you to get into all the hard to reach places; much like the cleaning attachment seen on conventional full sized upright machines.

The Eureka 71B Hand-Held Vacuum comes equipped with a 20 foot long power cord as well as plenty of cleaning power provided by the strong 5.5 amp electric motor. It not only sucks the dirt and other small particles food away but the Eureka 71B Hand-Held Vacuum boasts the added feature of deep cleaning rotating bristles to get the job done right.

Disposing of the mess is easily done with the removable dust compartment and has a larger capacity than most other comparable makes and models. The Eureka 71B Hand-Held Vacuum only weighs in at 6.9 pounds so your wrists and hands will not be taxed.

You can also clean car upholstery in a snap without having to break out your regular vacuum cleaner as well. This can save you money overtime as opposed to cleaning out your car at the car wash with coin operated machines. Cleaning stairs with the Eureka 71B Hand-Held Vacuum is much more easily achieved due to the more compact design. Lugging a conventional vacuum up and down stairs can be tiring as well as a little dangerous in some instances.

In Closing

Since owning this product, I am very happy with the results and ease of use the Eureka 71B Hand-Held Vacuum provides. I highly recommend this product to anyone needing a good handheld vacuum for their home or business. The machine is easily stored away and I have no doubt that it will last for a very long time.
