Exercise Ball Chair

By | Sep 18, 2009 | 1 Comments | Rating: 0
The exercise ball chair has been developed under the direction of a chiropractor, Dr. Randy Weinzoff, and has proven that it provides extreme relief to aching back, arms, and legs syndrome which is caused by sitting at a desk all day. This is also for people that are over 5 feet up to 5' 11" tall.

This type of chair provides the same benefits as a you would get from a workout routine on an exercise ball. The extra benefits and features of the exercise ball chair over the traditional ball, is that you have the easy-glide casters allowing you to move around, as well as an adjustable support bar.

By switching to the exercise ball chair, you will be improving your overall health and well-being while developing stronger core muscles which support your back and abdomen.

The purpose of this chair is to relieve stress and tension in your back with some special techniques used while sitting in the chair. It relieves stress on the spinal column, relieving any discomfort in the back. It is also great for those who suffer from poor posture as it forces you to sit straight.

You will learn some non-impact strengthening exercises with the exercise ball chair, keeping you active, even when you have to sit at your desk all day.

The exercise ball chair acts as a shock absorber, allowing your body to go into an ergonomic position. When you begin to feel stressed or tense, there are valuable exercises that are included that will help you to relax.
