3. Egg White and Lemon Juice
Eggs have 69 different proteins that will help maintain the elasticity of your skin, thus reducing fine lines and wrinkles. They also are high in collagen and vitamin A which will help to treat and heal scars. Lemon has natural anti-bacterial properties which help heal acne and prevent breakouts. Lemon can also fade discoloration on the skin by lightening it. This is an ideal mask for people who suffer from problems like acne, rosacea and scars, or those who just want to reduce their pore size. Whisk up an egg white with some lemon juice. Spread on the skin until dry and rinse with warm water.
4. Bananas and Honey
Bananas are known as being "Nature's Detox." And it's no wonder why. They contain Potassium, Lectin, and Vitamin A,B, and E. These vitamins hydrate and smooth the skin, fight acne, reduce blemishes, fight free radical damage, and reduce and prevent wrinkles. Mash up half a banana with some honey, spread on your face and wait to dry. Wash off with warm water to reveal youthful looking skin without the prick of a needle.
5. Coffee Grounds and Coconut Oil
Coffee is loaded with antioxidants which will prevent skin from aging. The caffeine found in coffee is found to have excellent anti-inflammatory properties which will help get rid of puffy eyes and redness in your skin. Mix equal parts of coffee grounds with coconut oil to even further help with anti-aging and skin repair. Put on your face for 15 minutes. Before you're done, scrub your face lightly with the grounds to exfoliate. Now rinse with warm water.
