Facial Exerciser

We all know that everyone of us will get old as the years pass by. You may not notice it till you get to your 30's, but you will no longer look as young as you used to. Some say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, this might be true, but still people criticize other's lack of good or youthful looks. It cannot be avoided because the face is the first thing someone sees. For some people, they want to look young for as long as possible and some even do special facial exercises to keep their face youthful and healthy.

Experts have developed face exercises and the facial exerciser that can help slow down the process of aging in order to have a face that doesn't sag or have wrinkles. Here are some of the exercises that can be done to have a young and radiant face.

Forehead

The first exercise is for the forehead. This exercise is done to smooth the wrinkles and lines. It is very easy to do, just put your fingers above the eyebrow and pull down the skin of the forehead using your fingers. While doing this, you should also try and lift your eyebrows. This is usually done for 30 counts or until you feel it working.

Eyelids

This exercise is to help minimize sagging eyelids. First, place your fingers in a peace sign then put them on either side of the eye corner then close your eyes tightly. After closing your eyes gently use your finger and pull the eyelid toward the forehead. You can keep repeating these simple for steps for 3, 1 minute intervals. If you have sagging eyelids there is also an exercise that you can do. Just hold the index fingers near the brow bone and raise your eyebrows. At the same time you should try and close the eyes. This should be done at least 10 times.

Cheeks

For perfect rosy and healthy cheeks perform this exercise. Form a perfect O-shape with the lips, then smile and try to push the cheeks as rapidly as possible. It is very easy and fun to do. Just repeat the steps up to 10 times.

Neck

To firm and strengthen the neck area, grab your neck with one hand firmly at the base pulling down the skin. Smile without showing your teeth then move your head backward. Hold for a few seconds. Go back to the normal position, then repeat 2 more times. This time both of the hands should rest against the collarbone while doing the exercise.

Chin

Lastly, here are some double chin exercises. Start by pushing the lower lip up as far as possible. Pressing the bone right below the chin might be the best way in doing this. After doing this just push the tongue against the lower gums, as if trying to meet the thumb. Another way of doing this exercise is by tilting the chin up and gently massage the flesh below the chin. Using your thumbs, stroke the areas in the direction of the neck. This exercise is good for people who have a double chin.

A face lift exercise program or a facial exerciser device can be employed instead of getting an actual facelift. It is a lot healthier on the body and the face. Also the results can be quite amazing. In a week, you will be able to notice a difference in the way you look. With a healthy diet and performing these exercises or using a facial exerciser, you can be assured that you will have as youthful a face possible. Remember that if you have any bad habits, like smoking or eating junk food, you must do something about it. You can't expect that putting poisons in the body will make you look younger, because it won't. Exercise is very good for the body, which can normalize the circulation and slow the process of aging. You should do some kind of physical activity at least 3 times a week or more. Also, a good weight training program should be included in this as well to get the best results in your workout. Looking good takes work. Whoever told you it was easy is lying. Be proactive and you will be rewarded in spades.
