Once your body can handle the new workout schedule you can ramp up your calorie expenditure.

Here are some fruits and vegetable to have during your diet that will keep you satisfied and healthy. Apples are a great source of energy since they contain a lot of sugars. The great thing about apples is that they taste great and are healthy. Apples are a great food if you are hypoglycemic. They contain the good kinds of sugars and well help your blood sugar stay level. Bananas are high in potassium so they will help your body out and help prevent a lot of cramps from forming. Carrots are also really good. They contain a lot of vitamins that will help fight zits that may form from all the sweat produced during your work outs.
The key to a fast diet is eating right and working out. If you don't like working out a lot, try changing up your schedule. You could run one day, and the next you could ride a bike. The best way to lose weight is to stay active. As long as you are burning calories, you are losing weight.
