Fat burning food - here's how to make your perfect fat burning meal plan

Fat burning food used in a carefully constructed meal plan can help you to eliminate fat and get lean and healthy

If you want to get rid of your body fat and get lean and sexy, fat burning foods can help you - if you implement them in your diet the right way. Just eating random foods that burn fat won't help you one bit.

To help you implement burning fat foods in your diet the right way, I have made a guide to setting up the perfect fat burning meal plan. Here it is:

Plate contents

To help you get an idea of wat to include in your meals to help you burn fat and lose some weight, here's the recommended contents of your plate:


  • Half of your plate - The biggest portion of your plate should be made up of veggies and/or salad.

  • A quarter of your plate - A quarter of your plate should have lean protein on it

  • The remaining quarter - The remaining quarter of your plate should have healthy fat burning carbs on it.

Break your meals into 6 smaller portions

Take the above plate contents and make the portion sizes smaller so that you have a smaller meal.

Have 6 such small meals more often instead of 3 big ones - it will boost your metabolism and will also keep you fuller.

Stick to the healthy fats

You should still get some fats in -just stick to healthy fats like unsaturated fats like olives, avos, nuts, and fatty fish.

Stick to fat free dairy products

As far as possible the only dairy products you should have are the fat free ones - you can save up to 4% of fat by doing so. Limit the times that you have the other types of dairy products (especailly full fat ones).

Include fat burning wonder foods in your meals

Chilies and cinnamon are what I would like to call wonder fat burning foods. Cinnamon helps with cravings and chilies helps to keep your metabolism on its toes.

Snack on fat burning food

These are smart fat burning foods you can include as snacks: celery sticks, carrots, cucumbers, whole-wheat crackers and fat free yogurt.

If you follow these smart and effective fat burning tips, you will lose your fat and get leaner before you know it.
