Feeling sexy in your clothes, starts with good basics. I am talking about lingerie.. This doesn't matter if you are a size 4 or 24, if you start with good fitting "underwear" then the rest of the outfit will look its best on you, and you will feel sexy and you will feel confident.

Yet so many people get hung up on size tags. If you are a plus size girl (size 14 and up) and you wear a bad fitting bra or panties, you will see the bulges, plus being able to breathe is not an option when things are too tight! I personally spent the money for a good bra, and when I tried on an outfit, I looked like I had lost 10 pounds instantly! I felt like I could stand taller, and just felt good about the outfit. There were no bulges or constant tugging, which I think over the years you just become accustomed to doing, and then slouch. How can anyone feel sexy if they are tugging at clothes and slouching?

Then it is time to go to a proper lingerie shop and get a professional to fit you. Yes, it will take an hour or so, and yes you will have to get down to your bra, but in the end, it was all worth it to feel sexy and confident.

These bras and undergarments are well designed, and will last you a good long time with the proper care.  Which in the end can save you money.  I personally was replacing my bra every 3 or 4 months.  After being fitted by a professional, I have had them 2 years, and they are still fitting well.  So, the initial price tag may seem high, but the quality is there and they will last.

The new bras on the market are pretty yet robust and do their job. You don't have to look like you are wearing a bra from the 1920's!. You can feel sexy in one of these newer bras and any lingerie. The fabrics are gentle and smooth and yet they still do their job. Your clothes will fit better if you have been fitted for lingerie.  No matter what size you wear, you need to start with great lingerie.  You may even spend more on lingerie than the outfit, but you will look and feel like a million bucks!
