W: Watch the Anxiety - here you want to attempt to detach yourself from the feelings of anxiety and try to view it as a third party looking in. If you can view your actions and feeling from an unbiased point of view, you have an easier time identifying what is rational and what is not.
A: Acting - act as if there is no anxiety and you are perfectly normal. This can help you learn and practice living without the extreme anxiety and be in a more normal state of mind more regularly.
R: Repeat the Steps - Continue to repeat the previous steps and work diligently to improve yourself and move beyond your feelings of anxiety
E: Expect the Best - anxiety often comes with a pessimistic perspective, so changing your expectations and learning to be more optimistic can help you lessen your anxiety
And there you have it, if you still have difficulty fighting anxiety, then it is highly recommended that you seek professional help.
