By Edited Nov 13, 2013 0 0

Getting the truth out of somebody can be really hard and frustrating, but when you use these free scripts for conversational hypnosis you have a good chance. These scripts enable you to gather information the other person wouldn't tell, without beating this information out them actually.

Conversational Hypnosis

Let's be clear immediately, hypnosis doesn't always mean swinging a clock in front of the person with saying things as 'you are getting more and more sleepy..'.

Hypnosis can happen in real life, you can use hypnosis in conversations by setting triggers, saying the right things and making sure somebody knows who has the lead in a conversation. Hypnosis is not so much about bringing somebody in a particular state, but more about making somebody listening to you, without any force.

With this in mind there are a lot of ways to steer somebody into telling the truth. Everybody comes across liars and while white lies are not that harmful, the black lies are actually something you want to prevent. And there are times where the truth is simply really important. Therefore knowing your way with liars is a good thing. And knowing the free scripts of conversational hypnosis to pull the truth out of someone can even be better!

Free Scripts for Conversational Hypnosis

There are eleven nice ways to get the truth out of somebody when you are just conversing with them. First of all you need to get your message across. These techniques will help you:

  • Look the person directly in the eyes
  • Use hand movements to emphasize your message.
  • Use animated gestures that are fluid and consistent with the conversation.
  • Stand or sit upright – no slouching.
  • Don’t start off with any statements such as “To tell you the truth…” or “To be perfectly honest with you…”
  • Face the person straight on. Don’t back away.

Now, to make it easier for a liar to confess you need a payoff. Why should they confess? There should be a clear win or lose with (dis)continuing their behaviour. These scripts will help.

That's Bad? Wait Until You Hear This

By talking with him you can give the feeling he/she is not alone. By creating anger or curiosity the liar is thrown off and he gets the feeling he is exchanging information!

Sample script: 'The reason I'm asking is I've done some things that I'm not too proud of either. I can understand why you might have. I am actually almost relieved.'

Don't tell where you are up to and make the liar tell their lie first.

It Was an Accident!

With this technique you make the lying ok. He clearly didn't mean something with it right?

Sample script: 'I can understand that maybe you didn’t plan on its happening. Things just got out of control and you acted without thinking. I’m fine with that – an accident, right? But if you did this on purpose, I don’t think that I could ever forgive you. You need to tell me that you didn’t do it intentionally. Please.'

Throw it Right Back

Whenever somebody is lying, tell them it is good. This will throw off the liar completely and he will confess.

Sample script: 'As we both know, everybody pads his résumé just a bit. Personally, I think it shows guts. It tells me that the person isn’t afraid to take on new  responsibilities. Which parts were you most creative with on this resume?'

Consequences

With this technique you state an ultimatum for your suspect. If he doesn't tell what he is up to, there is no way you can work with him anywhere.

Sample script: 'I’d rather hear it from you first. I can live with what you did/what happened, but not with your lying to me about it. If you don’t tell me, then it’s over. If you tell me the truth, things can go back to how they were. But if you don’t, then we have no chance here, and you’ll have nothing.'

Your Last Chance

This script uses the scarcity where human beings are really sensible for. You say 'if you don't speak now, you cannot speak again'.

Sample script: 'I know what happened/what you did. I was hoping I would hear it from you first. It would mean a lot to me to hear your side of it. I know there are two sides to every story, and before I decide what to do, I want to hear yours.'

Establishing a Relationship

With this script you tell the suspect confessing will improve your relationship.

Sample script: 'I understand why you would have don’t that. Clearly you wouldn’t have unless you had a good reason. You were probably treated unfairly or something was lacking. What can I do to help so that it doesn’t happen again?'

You Leave Me No Choice

From the eleven scripts this is the only one with an actual threat in it. You tell there are going to be repercussions when he doesn't tell the truth.

Sample script: 'You know what I can do, and I’ll do it. If you don’t want to tell me now, don’t. I’ll just do what I have to do.'

If the suspect is guilty he will focus on what you are going to do, the innocent will say he didn't do anything! Why? Because the liar has to know the consequences first to know whether or not the lie is worth it!

You Are Not Allowed to Tell, Right?

A highly effective script as it affects a person's ego. And if you come close an ego you will get answers.

Sample script: 'I think I know what it is – you’re not allowed to tell me. Somebody else is pulling
the strings and you’ll get in trouble. You’d tell me the truth if you could, but you don’t have the power to do so.'

Higher Authority - I Am on Your Side

This script you can use to show you are on his side by telling him about a higher authority. Let's say you have a class of students who are cheating on their tests:

Sample script: 'The inspection is coming today. They were asking about cheating students and particulary about this class. I told them you have study groups for particular classes. Which tests were needed to make together?'

Surrounded by Mystery

To obtain maximum leverage explain how the repercussions are going to be really big.

Sample script: 'These kind of actions of liars don't only have a short term effect. The liar will be followed by his actions forever. We may not find out the lie right now, but if it is found later the person will be looked at with hate for the rest of his life.'

Couldn't Care Less

People want to feel important. If you say it doesn't matter because they are not important at all the suspect is eager to prove the contrary.

Sample script: 'I know it and I just don't care. This is not for me.'

Make sure to stare to the suspect, this will make them feel even less significant.

With all of these scripts you will have a bigger chance to get the truth. But, make sure you use these free scripts for conversational hypnosis ethically!
