Fun, Festive, and Flavorful Pizza Ideas – Ingredients Needed

Gather the ingredients needed to make pepperoni English muffin pizza ideas:

English muffins, plan on one whole muffin per person

Spaghetti sauce or one of the sauces made for pizzas

Italian Seasoning spice

Mozzarella cheese, shredded, or your favorite shredded cheese

Pepperoni, sliced

Let’s Cook

Take out a baking pan large enough to hold the number of muffins you will be preparing, and cover it with a piece of Reynolds Wrap. Doing this will save you clean up time later.

Take out the number of English muffins you will need to feed your family or group. Plan to fix one whole muffin (makes two pizzas) per adult and one half of a muffin for a small child. Using a fork or knife, separate the English muffin into two halves.

Place the English muffin halves in a toaster, and toast them. (You want the muffins toasted but not browned.) Allow the muffins to cool slightly, in the toaster, before removing them, or use a pair of toaster tongs to remove them.

Place the toasted muffins on the baking pan, separated side up. (The smooth side will be down.)

Spread about 2 tablespoons of sauce onto the muffin. And shake on a little Italian Seasoning.

Sprinkle on some shredded mozzarella cheese or your favorite cheese.

Place some pepperoni on top of the cheese. My pepperoni slices were large, so I cut them into smaller pieces (quarters).

Fun, Festive, and Flavorful Pizza Ideas – Pizzas Ready for the Oven

Place the baking pan of mini pizzas into a preheated 350-degree oven. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Use a spatula to take the English muffin mini pizzas off the pan and to place them on a serving dish or individual plates.

When setting up a pizza ideas bar, place all the ingredients needed to make the personal pizzas in individual bowls or on plates with serving spoons or forks, where they can be easily accessed. You will be amazed at some of the pizza ideas that are concocted!

Really easy fixings for any get together or snack. I can see doing this with a number of toppings available, with each person dressing his own pizza. Think it would be fun for a sleep-over or slumber party.
