I heard on Facebook. Neat idea. Some of the hairdressers in my area are using Genbook on their Facebook page. I checked their appointment calendar most of them are very empty. Make me think twice about booking these hairdressers if their business are so bad - I'm not sure about the quality of their service.

What do the rest of you think?

Probably worthwhile to remember that a lot of businesses won't be using these online booking sites exclusively, and so they might not be fully up to date. I also note that some of the other options, such as Veribook or Appointy, allow for bookings further in the future.

Actually genbook allows you to book your appointments online. You also have the ability to receive a text message via your cellphone. As far as other stylists with their scheduling, they may not have a specific time setup to accept appointments. I work from home exclusively in my own salon, I feel it's all on the stylist preference. By the way everyone is going online now, so if your stylist isn't she's really limiting her business.
