Going Green Smoothie
It's very possible that you have never heard of the green smoothie even if you are already quite movie enthusiast. Green smoothies are rich in vitamins and can be quite tasty. Once you start drinking them it will be easy to convince your entire family that they are quite delicious as well, at the same time you'll be increasing a healthier eating plan for everyone which includes a diet that will be full of healthy green veggies.
Now the fuel Green smoothies that I have witnessed look absolutely disgusting. I'm not though I be terrified me to death. Even watching YouTube videos of my friend sharing her recipe with other healthy diet advocates, I was still terrified. She put together some concoction that included kale, Romain lettuce, lemons, apple juice and fresh ginger. She first put all the ingredients into a juicer and then she put that juice into a blender with ice and a little bit of frozen yogurt and ended up with this really thick, dark green smoothie. She tasted it on her video for all to see and commented on how the list if it was. She could distinctly taste the ginger and lemon but couldn't taste the kale or lettuce.
Now I am not suggesting that you get your family addicted to this green smoothie specifically. Chances are most of your family members will not approve of the spiciness of the ginger. But by not being able taste the leafy greens, this is something that you can do for your family, without them ever knowing what the green stuff is. For example you could modify this recipe by removing the ginger and perhaps the lemon, and add some other fruit of your choice. Maybe adding some blueberries or some other sort of berry. The beneficial thing of having the kale and Romain lettuce in this recipe is that both of those leafy greens are packed with antioxidants and more calcium than a glass of milk. You just need to find fruits that suit your taste.
Also by adding blueberries are blackberries you are disguising the color of the green. Maybe this will be psychological for some people. If they don't see the green they won't think anything of it. Just start looking around for recipes for fruit smoothies that sound good. Once you find some good smoothie drink recipes , just add kale, spinach or any other leafy green to them.

Spinach is also something that can be put in there and covered up. I never thought I'd be drinking spinach! The ginger in this sounds good. I'm going to have to try it.
