Gold and Silver Pawn Shop Las Vegas, Nevada

By Edited Nov 13, 2013 1 2

The Gold and Silver "Pawn Stars" Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada, is the site of a hit TV show on the History Channel. You can watch people buy and sell tons of items, some with historical significance each week. The show has become quite popular as many, including myself, have grown to love the characters on the show. While this is a reality show, they are still definitely characters. Let's look at the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the stars of the show.

Those in Nevada can check out the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop at 713 Las Vegas Blvd, right on the strip. Be sure to bring something to sell at the store, or just browse. You just may end up on television.  When you're done, you might want to take a look at the cast of Pawn Stars.

Trash to treasure:

You can watch the transformation take place, from trash to treasure, on the weekly TV show. The crew at the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada buy tons of old "junk." Of course, the items are not always junk, but perhaps could use some repairs. Generally speaking, you can watch the transformation on the TV show of several items, whether cars, cycles, or virtually anything else you can think of.

Coolest transformations:

There are a couple of items at the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, as featured on the weekly TV show that were very interesting to watch. On one particular episode, the cast purchased a Shelby Cobra. Well, the body of one, that is. It was nothing more than an aluminum body and frame. No tires, no nothing. The stars paid a whopping $30,000 for it! By the end of the show, they had a completely restored, really cool looking, complete car that was estimated to be worth $159,000! This is just one of the many transformations you can watch at the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, as the stars of the show work their magic.

Other cool transformations witnessed at the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas include; a Coke vending machine, Indian Motorcycle, and a barer chair. The stars of the show always seem to come out okay.  Maybe you can be on the Pawn Stars TV show.

Did the hot air balloon ever sell?

I don't know. As of this writing, there has been no further mention of the infamous hot air balloon purchased by TV star, Big Hoss. Perhaps if you watch the dealings at the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas on the History Channel, there will be an episode that finally mentions it again.

What to watch for:

If you watch the stars of the show on the History Channel, you will quickly get an appreciation for the business. The Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada, I would assume, is run like many others, minus all the cameras. You will often notice items purchased on the show, and then see them in the background during future episodes. If you get a chance to watch the TV stars from the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada on the History Channel, check it out.
