There is no better feeling in the world than realising all of your frustrations on a punching bag. All you need is a good punching bag. Not a piece of meat like Rocky Balboa but a heavy punching bag that will not move around when you keep punching it. You will also need a pair of boxing gloves and shin guards just for protection.
