Guide to an Easy 6 Pack

By Edited Apr 15, 2016 0 2

There is no doubt that six packs are some of the most desired muscle groups out there. Nothing makes the opposite sex swoon like seeing a set of perfectly toned and chiseled abs. The problem abs, however, is they're hard to work out. Inconsistent exercising or failure to challenge the body enough can make getting a six pack anything but impossible. However, if you know what to do, and how much to do of it, you'll be able to get an easy 6 pack before you know it.

So how do you make a 6 pack? There are many arguments about the best way to make a perfect set of abdominals but all exercise and fitness experts will agree that consistent and challenging workouts will get you the results you need the fastest. To make sure you get a good set of abs, you need to make sure you work your entire core. While it may be tempting to just blast your abs day in and out with a variety of workouts, failure to work the surrounding muscles and the rest of your body can slow down and even stop progress altogether. Also, muscle injury is common when people focus on one muscle group instead of the "whole picture".

The number one easy exercise for getting rock hard abs are crunches. You've probably done them before--and love them or hate them--they should be part of anyone's daily ab workout. Crunches uses a combination of your body weight, gravity, and (optional) weights to give your abs a good exercise. For beginners, start with 3 sets of 20 crunches. In between each "set", have a 30 second to 1 minute break. If you can easily do those 3 sets, increase the repetitions to 30 or 40. Once you can successfully do 3 sets of 40 crunches in a 5 minute period, its time to progress to angled or slanted crunches. Find an angled surface to do your crunches on, and repeat the 3 sets of 20 (and increase repetitions to keep up the difficulty).

Another great exercise for easy abs are leg raises. This exercise focuses on your lower abdominals and will give you a burn that will put a spark in your step. Begin with a flat surface and do 3 sets of 20 leg lifts. If that is too easy for you, increase the repetitions. Just like the crunches, once you've conquered flat surfaced leg raises, move onto an angled surface. Finally, after you've mastered an angled surface, do hanging leg lifts. Hanging leg lifts are very difficult but will definitely put you one step closer to chiseled rock hard six pack.

If you really want fiery six pack that make the women swoon around you, you need to make sure you have the right tools and exercises backing you up. Doing the wrong exercises, eating the wrong foods, and doing the wrong things will stop you from getting those abs you want. Click here and get easy rock hard abs!
