HGH Information
HGH and HGH Supplements
What is HGH or human growth hormone and how does it work? Ts it safe to take? and what kind of side effects does it have?
Over the past decade, the popularity of HGH has increased exponentially. It's not surprising when you see some of the world's greatest athletes using it. You also have celebrities using it to have the "fountain of youth". Hopefully the information I will provide will answer some of your questions about the infamous HGH.
Initially, mainstream America thought that HGH was like steroids. Who could blame them when you hear of all the famous athletes using it. I believe that the reputation of HGH is improved over the last few years. The great thing about HGH is that it can provide benefits when used correctly. Getting it prescribed and monitored by a doctor is the absolute best way to take HGH.
Human Growth Hormone (HGH)
HGH is what it says it is. The enables the growth of the human body. It is a naturally occurring chemical produced in the pituitary gland in our brain. HGH plays a role in many areas of human development:
Increasing muscle mass
Reducing bodyfat
Enhancing skin tone
Increasing height
Strengthening Bones
Maintaining healthy calcium levels and strengthening the bones
Maintaining healthy blood sugar levels
Boosting The Immune System
Increase recovery ability
HGH does many other things in the body that I haven't mentioned. You name it, HGH probably helps.
Natural HGH levels In The Body
Obviously there comes a point in our life when we stop growing. For most people it happens in their early twenties. Once we hit that point, natural levels of HGH in our body start to decline. As with other hormones in the body, as we get older the output of HGH declines more and more. The hormone levels decrease more and more as the years go on, which explains why we look like we do when we get older.
This is why people decide to supplement with HGH, to combat the signs of aging. HGH is also very popular with athletes and bodybuilders. That is way there has been an increase of the production of bodybuilding supplements that contain HGH. Increasing HGH levels will do what I mentioned earlier. It will improve recovery, increase muscle mass, and so on.
Supplementing with HGH
I have seen a few types of supplements to help increase our bodies' level of HGH. I have seen oral sprays, which I think are the lowest quality. I don't recommend them….a waste of money in my opinion.
HGH by prescription
Next is the best way, injection. HGH by injection is really expensive, but it is without question the best way to increase HGH levels in your body. Obviously, you need your doctor for this, and if you are 25 years old….you can forget about getting a doctor to prescribe you any. The only way someone young can get HGH is if they are tested and are proven to have HGH deficiencies.
The injections are probably why people associate HGH with steroids. They see the needle and think it's the same thing. Athletes use it for all the things I mentioned earlier, and it cannot, at the moment, be detected in drug tests that are used by the professional athletic organizations.
Also, the HGH that is injected is synthetic and some people don't like to put synthetic substances like that in their bodies. So keep that in mind.
HGH supplements in pill form
The injection is the best method, but its not for everyone. What if you are younger, maybe a bodybuilder, and you want to naturally increase you HGH levels. Well you can try products in pill form.
I have yet to personally see any significant results with a natural HGH supplement. I will say the only thing I have seen, for the most part, is that I sleep better on some of the supplements that I have taken.
If you see a company offering an HGH product that promises tremendous results….I don't think it is going to happen. From everything that I have read and seen, you won't get any tremendous benefits. Don't get me wrong, I have seen some benefits from taking a few of these supplements, but nothing dramatic.
If you are interested in supplementing with HGH, check with your doctor. If you are a younger person, try and increase it naturally. The internet has plenty of information on HGHand how you can increase it naturally at your disposal. Look around and find a reputable website to get some good, unbiased information.

there are no supplements that contain HGH and it is not orally active so eating it would do nothing.
