Halloween or Special Occasion Ice Cube Hand Glove Punch
Halloween is coming up! It is already right around the corner. Can you believe how time flies, and how quickly holiday's pop up on you?
Are you the one that is having the Halloween party and stuck on ideas? Here's a quick and cheap party favorite to help make your Halloween bash a real smash. Today we are going to make a Halloween Hand Punch. I used it at both a kids and adult's party and everyone loved it. The kids couldn't stop staring at it, and the adults loved it. It definitely caught everyone's attention and got people talking. That's exactly what you want at a party. Make sure you make your event a memorable one with this scary punch bowl.
Now let's get started.
Here's what you'll need.
1. A latex/rubber glove.
2. Food coloring (any color of your choice)
3. A rubber band
4. Water
5. Large bowl
6. Punch or Drink of your choice.
7. Freezer
With these ingredients, anyone can make it. And guess what, it does not take much time at all.
Step One. Wash your latex glove out. Make sure to get any powder that is inside of it out.
Step Two. Fill the glove up with water, leaving about 3/4 inch open at the top.
Step Three. Add a few drops of food coloring to the water in the glove. Add as many as you need until you reach your desired color. Hint, make sure you use a food coloring color that will go well with your punch's color. I like to use clear soda. The colors really pop that way. Try it!
Step Four. Tightly tie the top of the glove with the rubber band. Make sure you do it right above the water level, so the hand is nice and firm.
Step Five. Lay your hand flat in the freezer, or hang it over a boxed item to give the fingers a nice curve. (Leave in until frozen)
Step Six. After you have your punch bowl set up, take out your hand and remove the rubber band and glove. You may need to cut the glove off.
Step Seven. Gently place the hand in the punch
Step Eight. Watch your friends scream!
Now be prepared to share this recipe with everyone, because they all will be asking. Or just tell them it's your little secret. Have a great Halloween party and I hope you enjoyed creating this Halloween favorite!
