If there would be one game to define the Xbox it would be Halo, and with the celebration of the 10th anniversary release it would redefine your experience with the game completely.

Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary (CEA) is a remastered version of the original Halo released November 15 2001 and now in HD and 3D. The game is developed by 343 industries, Certain Affinity and Saber interactive. no sign of Bungie unfortunately.

Halo not only brought First Person Shooter (FPS) to the console but it also brought story and with the two combined created one of the most iconic titles in gaming history, the game used cinematic scenery and great music which helped exceeded expectation that you can say that it established a new genre in itself.

Players will be able to relive the legendary maps that are the most admired battle fields in all of halo history, and experience them like they have never experienced before. It features 6 detailed classic multiplayer maps from the original Halo which is remastered using the Halo: Reach engine. Players are able to switch between the original and latest graphics at any point in the campaign mode in a click of a button, by doing this players will be able to appreciate the amount of detail that has been put in through the years.

Co-op campaign over xbox live is a feature that will be available in this version  unlike the original.

The Game will use the same animation and physics used in the original Halo but with updated graphics and meshes used in Halo: reach. In this version you will want to scope look around and admire the artistic scenery and detail, the moon, the grass the leaves and dirt.

One of the most surprising features of Halo CEA is the ability to use Kinect, there are a number of voice commands you can use in the game such as "reload" "grenade" even "analyse" this mode allows you to capture items and enemies when you aim your cursor over them, and gives you additional information and a break down of what those character are.

Players will be able to activate 'Skulls' which is a tool they can use to change the behavior of your enemy's to make the game more interesting and fun. Eg 'radius skull' increases the radius of an enemy.

Overall this game will blow your mind, whether you played the original Halo or not you will enjoy this game regardless.
