After her relationship with the Joker ended, Harley Quinn went legit and joined the third incarnation of the Secret Six. She, along with Ca-Man, Deadshot, Knockout, Rag Doll II, and Scandal, were instrumental in fighting crime and, in fact, very nearly took down the Secret Society of Super Villains. This Harley Quinn costume is a red and black jester-like jumpsuit.
