Every day we consume a variety of beverages from water to juice to alcohol. We consume a variety of beverage in either moderate, minimal to maximum amounts. Beverage, in simple definition, is a liquid substance which is needed to quench your thirst.  There are a numerous health benefits which one can get in the following beverages:

  • Water

Water is the basic cure for dehydration. This is one of the many beverages which is safe and has no contraindication.  Aside from curing dehydration, it also flushes out toxins in the body, aids in digestion process, and regulates the temperature of your body as well as keeping your tissues moisten. Experts would advice to drink a suggested eight ounces of glasses in a day.

  • Milk

Milk is actually considered as a nature’s wellness beverage. It is packed with essential nutrients such as vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B12, vitamin A, niacin, riboflavin, protein and potassium, which are known to be good for your bones.  It gives you a healthy blood, muscles as well as aids in your aim to lose weight and prevent obesity and other obesity related condition.

Actually, health benefits from beverages can be achieved if you follow the recommended consumption amount of per beverages. One must remember that too much consumption of such beverages will lead to negative effects.
