Water and Fiber
Water is the most important element of our body where in Fiber keeps the metabolism intact. First step for a healthy diet for stress relief is to drink more water and eat more fiber. It kills the hunger and avoids any kind of deficiency in the body. Water helps the dieters to perform basic body function like digestion and avoids all the possibility of constipation. Again, any alcohol content beverages would never suffice for water. Rather it upsets the system and dries out the water from the body. Say NO to Caffeine
Caffeine is absolutely not recommended for a healthy body. A healthy diet for stress relief incorporates lot of natural products which have no ill effect on your body or its functions. Especially when you have chocolates and caffeinated drinks in your regular diet you just can't stop having them. However start reducing the quantity and replace them with better available option. Please keep in mind that your body may react in case you stop having things which you have in your routine as the body is used to of it. So instead of three cups of Coffee have one cup of coffee and one cup of herbal tea and one cup of Fruit juice.
