I am fond of pop corn as it makes me feel full and is healthy. Have not tried eggs as a snack. They seem to go with the full breakfast thing with toast and butter and everything. Can't imagine just eating the boiled eggs.

I followed the Michael Thurmond diet for a while and it was one of the snacks that I used for that. It was a great little boost of protein to my mini meals. I also liked that I could have the eggs boiled in advance and just throw them in my lunch bag and head to work.
