I know, you might have a very busy lifestyle or schedule but for your sake do not make your breakfast according to your schedule , make your schedule according to your breakfast if your really want good health with less efforts.

- Don't eat donuts or sugar loaded cereals. Cereals with sugar is nothing more than
empty calories. If you want to eat then eat a cereal that is low in sugar. Cereal with milk is a great breakfast.
- Add some lean protein to your breakfast menu. It is essential, if you are trying for weight loss, Traditional breakfast of eggs may be one of the best ways to get your morning protein.
- Eliminate fried food, pasties and all type of junk food from your breakfast menu.
- Juice is great for breakfast. According to me it is better to drink glass of fresh fruit juice rather than coffee, or simply make a fruit salad. Fruit salad can be great for breakfast.
