A hemroid is a swelling of veins in the anal area. People who have them feel pressure and pain with severe itchiness. These are all symptoms of a flare up. When there has been too much pressure in the lower colon. There are many factors that contribute to this causing a hemroid or hemroids. It is common for women who are pregnant to get hemroids because they are likely to be constipated and constipation is a main cause. During the process to childbirth as the baby is removed from the mother so much pressure is put on the anus could also cause this condition.

Other factors include age, lifestyle, inactivity, poor diet, and last but not least genes. With hemroid treatment it could take a few days for them to shrink and heal. They can go away without medical attention but more severe hemroids would need surgery. This is a very common and routine process.

The best way to avoid experiencing constipation is to eat healthy. Vegetables and whole grains are high in fiber which keeps your stools soft and digestive system healthy. Drink lots of water and juices this is essential to maintain regularity. Exercise also helps circulation which keeps things active and moving smoothly in your body.

I personally know people who got hemroids because of spicey food. Spicey food could irritate your anus and cause swelling an inflammation. Most people suffer with this alone because they find it shameful to talk about. Hemroid treatments at home can do wonders, just sit in warm water and apply a cold compress afterwards . There are also hemroid creams that can be used but if you think you need help, see a doctor because your health is at stake.
